Patty Morrell

Director of Marketing

Patty has 24 years of sales and marketing experience as Vice President of Client Services with The Asbury Group, Marketing Consultant with Spectrum Marketing, and over thirteen years with ACTS.  She has extensive experience with repositioning and startup projects, as well as all other aspects of marketing in a senior living environment.  Patty has a passion for assisting others with their future plans, and understanding the benefits of living in a CCRC.

Prior to joining the Meadowood marketing team, Patty was with a national consulting firm, where she provided marketing and budget planning, sales management, lead generation and staff training for multiple clients that serve today’s seniors.  She has helped with inventory challenges, new start-up projects and repositioning during expansion. While with a national consulting firm, Patty set a record for first-month presales and was part of that organization's professional development initiative.  She has created sales training curricula and spoken at several conferences on senior communities and related services.

Patty grew up in Kansas and holds a bachelor degree from Washburn University in Topeka.  She currently lives in Collegeville with her husband, Frank.  She has two children, Anthony, who resides in Lansdale, and Ian, who resides in New Jersey, and two grandsons.  In their spare time, Patty and her husband enjoy family, friends, golf and church.  She also loves animals  and loves the four-legged Meadowood residents.

Nina Melwert
Retirement Counselor
Nina earned a bachelor's degree in business from Lesley University in Massachusetts, and has worked in the continuing care retirement industry for more years than she likes to admit. Nina brings varied skills and knowledge to Meadowood, with business experience in marketing, real estate sales and advertising.

"To me, the most important thing in life is how we value others (and ourselves) and the relationships we make - oh, and dark chocolate, my dog Maggie and my son and daughter in law - although not necessarily in that order. I value the Meadowood marketing team for its professionalism, caring and sense of humor. It's important to me to work with people I respect and to do something I feel is helpful to others."

Nina gets satisfaction from helping people decide if Meadowood is the right choice for them. "I feel as if I'm doing something valuable when I show people what a wonderful and fun community is here for them at Meadowood - whether they are seeking an active lifestyle or security, freedom and peace of mind it's all here for them at Meadowood."

Carol Weinerman
Retirement Counselor

A graduate of Arcadia University with a Master of Science degree and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Pennsylvania State University, Carol spent many years in the area of elementary education.  Born and raised in Philadelphia, Carol lived in Florida for 17 years and returned to the Philadelphia area five years ago.

Carol enjoys helping prospective residents and families through the important decision making process of moving to retirement living.  Carol's experience, compassion and counseling skills make her a valuable first point of contact for anyone wanting to learn more about the active, vibrant lifestyle that Meadowood offers.

Says Carol proudly, "I continue to be extremely impressed with the commitment of all the staff at Meadowood.  I love my job here and respect the team members who continue to take their job seriously and make my job a pleasure."

Melody Davis
Marketing Coordinator
Melody worked as a Certified Nurses Aide for five years while attending Ursinus College before making the jump to administration. Melody joined the marketing department as the move-in coordinator in order to help new residents feel welcome in their new home and learn more about the CCRC industry.

"I just love our clients. They have such amazing life stories and personalities and so much to teach us. I feel it is an honor to be able to help those older than me with this exciting and challenging change in their lives. My hope is that I will be part of helping each person who moves to Meadowood feel comfortable in their new home in as short a time as possible."

When not working Melody enjoys riding her motorcycle (and is offering free rides to Meadowood residents), helping at her church and discussing various philosophical topics with friends over delicious day old diner coffee. She looks forward to working with you!
