Easy Appointment Scheduling

Residents who choose to use a Meadowood doctor as their primary physician may schedule appointments through the Resident Care Office. Appointments with community physicians and specialists, as well as arrangements for outside testing, are also handled through this office. As a result, our residents have no need to make appointments at off-site doctors’ offices or deal with unreasonable waits. Most importantly, this feature provides access to exceptional medical care, if it is needed.

A Collaborative Approach to Care

Our medical services office is staffed with an administrator, nurses and nursing assistants and an administrative assistant. The members of our staff collaborate with physicians to provide care and management for our residents’ acute and chronic healthcare needs. In addition to responding to our call response system, our Resident Care staff is available to provide short-term supportive services related to illness or injury. Should a resident require medication, Meadowood has contracts with Skippack Pharmacy for prescription service and delivery.
