Pool/per diem CNA/RN/LPN – Pool/per diem – Various shifts available every other weekend required – LTC experience required
PT RN – all shifts, every other weekend required
FT CNA – 3-11pm every other weekend required. Dementia experience required
Registered Nurse, 1 FT position and 1 PT position 11-7:30 am shift – Overnight nurse needed to assume a leadership role within the Health Services department overseeing the management of Personal Care and Residential Living. Current PA Cert req. 1 year med surg exp req. Every other weekend and every other holiday req.
Health Center Concierge, 1 FT position (32.5hrs) Monday through Friday 9 am to 4 pm and 1 PT position (8hrs) Saturday and Sunday – Every other holiday required. Must possess strong communication and customer service skills
Temporary FT Admissions Coordinator, Candidate will be personable and able to demonstrate an understanding of admissions, social services and discharge planning procedures for personal care, skilled care, and outpatient rehab.
RN/LPN-Pool/per diem – for Resident Care/Home Health – possible weekend/holiday rotation
RN – Auxiliary position to cover our Resident Care and Home Health office. Home Health experience helpful. Will require weekend and holiday shifts
On-call Driver –CDL license a plus
Security Staff PT Position on-call as needed to fill in for other shifts. Valid Driver’s License req. Duties include fire alarm monitoring, trash pickup and light maintenance. Exp. a plus
FT Groundskeeper – 1 year lawn and landscaping experience required. Valid driver’s license required.
PT Housekeeper – Skilled Nursing – experience helpful
PT Laundry Aide – Part time weekends and on call
FT Utility Aide 2-3 yrs experience in housekeeping duties and operating cleaning equipment such as extractors, grout machines, and vacuums in a safe manner. Familiar with cleaning procedures and able to complete set ups for functions on a daily basis.
Environmental Services Director FT – Minimum of 3-5 years experience in housekeeping and 2-3 years experience as a supervisor or manger of housekeeping in a healthcare setting. Person will be responsible for the overall planning, organizing and supervising of daily housekeeping activities. Person must have a high school diploma and be proficient with computer programs such as word, outlook and scheduling programs. Qualified person will be able to guide and motivate employees and participate in quality assurance and resident satisfaction programs. Person will be familiar with housekeeping equipment and able to operate and train staff on all equipment. Person should be self-motivated with a focus on quality outcomes.
Main Dining Server Pleasant demeanor and good communication skills needed. Every other weekend and every other holiday required
Part Time Diet Aides Hours vary from 4-7:30pm Must be available to work alternating weekends and holidays
PT Café Cooks Cooking experience in a similar setting required. Ability to read, interpret and follow recipes Ability to work in a stressful environment while maintaining a positive demeanor and providing outstanding customer service
FT Am Cook Comprehensive knowledge of food preparation and handling techniques. General knowledge of safety and sanitation rules and practices. Ability to work well independently given proper direction. Ability to read, comprehend and follow provided recipes
PT Dishwasher Ability to work independently and as a team player Every other weekend and every other holiday required
Activities Asst. – PT motivated person to facilitate recreational activities for older adults in the Health Center of a CCRC including skilled nursing, rehab, personal care and memory care. Exp. in working with older adults, ability to adapt to individual needs of residents and excellent communication skills a must.
