Meadowood Club
A refundable deposit locks in your Meadowood Club position, which can later be applied to the entrance fee for your specific residence. You also submit an application and a nominal non-refundable processing fee. Depositors are placed on the Meadowood Club list in order of the date that the application deposit is received. Select the type of residence you wish and desired move-in date. Meadowood Club depositors are contacted when the appropriate residence becomes available. If you are interested, please ask your Retirement Counselor or contact us. You may change your preference at any time by contacting the Marketing Department.
