Whether active independent living, personal care or skilled nursing, Meadowood's continuum of care offers you unparalleled, affordable quality and choice, all on site. And just as you are welcome to customize your Meadowood home, you are encouraged to choose which membership suits your desires and requirements:

Full Life Care. The most comprehensive membership includes an insurance component, entitling Life Care residents to full nursing care for as long as they may need it, while only paying Independent Living residence fees. This effectively caps long-term nursing expenses. It also entitles the resident to wellness visits.

Fee-for-Service. This membership is designed for those who want the benefit of quality healthcare in a continuing care community, but have already purchased a long-term care insurance policy or prefer to self-insure. Fee-for-service monthly fees are lower because the resident takes responsibility for payment of any post-insurance charges.

Choose Your Entry Fee Program:

90%, 75% or 50% Investment Return Entry Fee. You or your estate are returned 90%, 75% or 50% of the entry fee after your residence has been reoccupied.

Conservative Investment Entry Fee. Keeps the monthly fee or the entry fee lower for those who want the benefit of a Full Life Care membership.
