2023-2024 U.S. News & World Report
Meadowood’s short-term rehabilitation and long-term care were recognized by U.S. News & World Report as “Best Nursing Homes” for 2023-2024. This report evaluated more than 15,000 nursing homes and only 19% of skilled nursing facilities nationwide earned this prestigious designation.
2022 (ICAA) NuStep Pinnacle Award
Meadowood has been recognized as one of the Top 5 Senior Living Communities for Wellness in North America.
2022 Montgomery Award
The Grove at Meadowood received this award for vision and master planning, innovative design, and environmental stewardship.

The Philadelphia Horticultural Society
Meadowood’s multipurpose garden courtyard received a Community Greening Award from PHS for its “stunning natural beauty.”
The Norristown Garden Club
Meadowood’s Woodland Garden received the “Landscape Design Award,” an annual award presented to a business or individual for beautifying a public space in the Greater Norristown area.
