Featured Artist: Myhanh T. Bossé
Myhanh T. Bossé was born in Saigon, Vietnam. She completed her medical education at Robert Johnson Medical School of Rutgers University with further studies at the Medical College of PA and the University of Pennsylvania. She found time to study art at Bucks County Community College. Myhanh is a signature member of the American Watercolor Society, the Garden State Watercolor Society, the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Baltimore Watercolor societies.
Though watercolor painting started as a hobby, she found it captivatingly peaceful and it blossomed into a passion. She appreciates different styles of watercolor painting and those who paint loosely, but her experience as a physician and eye for photography lead her to paint with precision and fine details, capturing a realistic style, not only the arrays of color and light, but especially unique moments and people.
Myhanh has entered numerous juried art shows and has been “Best in Show” frequently. She has been awarded “Second Prize” in 2024 and previous year she has taken “First Place in Watercolor” here at Meadowood.
