Meadowood’s short-term rehabilitation and long-term care were recognized by U.S. News & World Report as “Best Nursing Homes” for 2024-2025. Out of over 15,000 nursing homes, only 19% of skilled nursing facilities nationwide earned this prestigious designation.

We received a 3 out of 3 ranking, based on data from Nursing Home Compare, run by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency that sets and enforces standards for nursing homes. Meadowood also received top honors here, meaning we have more nursing staff and less staff turnover.
