A variety of Rehabilitation services are available to carry out the orders of residents’ physicians, including physical, occupational and speech therapies.

Working together, our therapists and nursing staff use an integrated team approach to develop personalized care plans to improve overall wellness and promote the highest level of functional independence. When residents complete their Senior Rehabilitation, our Health Center social worker will help coordinate a safe discharge home, as well as follow-up services through Meadowood Home Health services.
