A recent special event had a “France in the summertime” theme, with dishes and wine pairings from different regions: seafood for Normandy, quiche for Burgundy, buckwheat crepes for Burgundy, foie gras for Alsace, bouillabaisse for Provence, and madeleines and other decadent desserts for Paris in Ile-de-France.
