We are proud to announce the launch of our new websites for Meadowood and Meadowood Life Plan at Home. Meadowood has a long heritage of building upon our past, embracing the present, and welcoming the future, and in that spirit we have embarked on a refresh of our visual identity. You may notice the fresh, new color palette and logo that we’re using to tell the story of our Meadowood community and how we are different from all the rest.
Part of the refresh is showing off how active our community is, and how much our love of nature and enjoying the outdoors unites us. On the new sites, you’ll see many friendly faces welcoming you just like in our hallways. The new structure of the sites also makes it easier to navigate, with a clean and straightforward design allowing simple access to the information you’re looking for — and it’s fully ADA-compliant.
Why The New Logo and Website?
Our new look and feel represents our people-centered approach and the way our staff works together with residents to reimagine and evolve the experience of living at Meadowood, moving forward through the various stages of life while providing a reliable and constant feeling of belonging. They also reflect our mission of working together to build a community of healthy, independent, and thriving people who want to live a fulfilling and purposeful life. It also hints at the expansive beauty of our campus, inspired by the many bridges and walking paths designed for our residents’ enjoyment.

While Meadowood.net is focused on life at the Meadowood campus, MeadowoodAtHome.net is intended to serve the needs of those who would like the security of a Life Plan contract and resources to support aging at home rather than moving to our community. There, you’ll find information about Services, Events , Frequently Asked Questions, and a section for Doctors to learn more about what we offer.
